The Global Investors Annual Meeting is a closed-door program that gathers the world's leading managers, institutional allocators and private wealth investors currently investing and fundraising across the globe. This meeting offers a unique platform to learn from and alongside industry thought leaders. Panel sessions and Private meetings throughout the day will allow for deepening relationships, developing partnerships and fostering business. This one-day conference will host up to 400 leading investors, managers and other professionals to discuss investment opportunities and new trends in the market.

Daniel A. D’Aniello | Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus | The Carlyle Group

Prior to forming Carlyle in 1987, Mr. D'Aniello was Vice President for Finance and Development at Marriott Corporation.  Before joining Marriott, Mr. D’Aniello was a financial officer at PepsiCo, Inc. and Trans World Airlines.  He is a 1968 magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and a 1974 graduate of the Harvard Business School, where he was a Teagle Foundation Fellow. Mr. D’Aniello is Chairman of the American Enterprise Institute; Co-Chairman of the Institute for Veterans and Military Families; a member of the U.S.-China CEO and Former Senior Government Officials’ Dialogue of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce; Chairman of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts; a Lifetime Board Trustee of Syracuse University, and a member of the Corporate Advisory Council to the Martin J. Whitman School of Management..

By registering for the Event, you (“you”, “your”, or “Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Any person attending the Event is considered an “Attendee” and shall agree to the following terms and conditions. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event for which you have registered. Registration fees are non-refundable. LinkBridge Investors reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant marketing practices, or is deemed by LinkBridge Investors to be unsuitable for a particular event. You acknowledge and agree that LinkBridge Investors, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, without notice to you, including but not limited to the Event name, speakers, time, venue, location, hosts, moderators, and content. Further, you acknowledge and agree that LinkBridge Investors reserves the right to remove you from the Event should LinkBridge Investors decide, in its sole and absolute discretion, your presence or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the Event or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees. All attendees are strictly prohibited from recording audio or video of the Event. Should you not be able to attend the Event, you may not cancel your registration. However, an Attendee who is unable to attend the Event may appoint a substitute attendee to attend the Event by notifying LinkBridge Investors in writing no less than 48 hours prior to the Event. No refunds will be given for cancellations. Any and all costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you, and LinkBridge Investors shall have no liability for such costs. In the event that an Event is canceled or postponed, attendees shall be responsible for all costs and expenses and hereby release LinkBridge Investors from any liability or consequential losses incurred by you as a result of such postponement or cancellation. LinkBridge Investors reserves the right to postpone an event due to terrorism, acts of God, civil unrest, war, epidemic, instability within the country, city, or region of the Event, resulting in safety concerns, political disturbances, Venue cancellations outside the control of LinkBridge Investors, adverse regulatory changes, or to run the event virtually due to any of the circumstances above. Neither LinkBridge Investors nor the Venue, nor either of their officers, agents, employees, contractors, owners, or other representatives shall be held liable for any damage, loss, harm, or injury to the person or property of the attendee or any of company’s visitors, invitees, officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, resulting from attendee's participation in the Event, whether from negligence, earthquake, fire, theft, water or accident of any other cause. The attendee shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkBridge Investors and the Venue and their respective owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless, from, any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney’s fees, and expenses of any kind. Attendee understands that neither LinkBridge Investors nor the Venue maintains insurance covering the attendee’s property and liability, and it is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain such insurance.  Under no circumstances shall LinkBridge Investors, its agents, affiliates, employees, owners, contractors, or directors be liable for lost profits, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages in connection with the Event. LinkBridge Investors makes no representations or warranties regarding who and the number of persons who will attend the Event, or the attendee’s success with respect to participation in the Event. LinkBridge Investors reserves the right to establish further regulations for Attendees as may be deemed necessary to ensure the general success and well-being of the Event.
